Winter Activities & Services

To be brief, if that is really possible, when talking about Brighton in the winter – there are four great ingredients here: snow, grooming, terrain, and learning how to love skiing and snowboarding more. The area has 1,050 skiable acres, a total of seven lifts, a variety of terrain parks and all the amenities any visitor could want. Read More

Brighton Ski Resort near Park City, Utah is at its best in the winter. The mountain averages over 500 inches of snow each year. Because the snow texture is light, dry and fluffy, it is excellent for skiing and snowboarding.

In addition to great powder areas, Brighton also has some of the best-groomed runs in the United States. Most runs are groomed each night, while others are left so those who enjoy deep powder can have a great time. What is really unique about Brighton is the fact that family and/or friends can ride together up a lift and then go their separate ways at the top – picking the best trail for their experience and skill level. Brighton also has four Terrain Parks for those who enjoy a challenge. You can even enjoy night skiing here.

Come for the fantastic skiing and snowboarding and enjoy the excellent day lodge, cafeterias, a pub, free skiing for kids six and under, and hone your skills by taking a class or two from the professional instructors at the ski and snowboard school. With easy access from many points in downtown Salt Lake City via the public bus system, Brighton is a great place to play while you stay in Salt Lake or nearby Park City.
