Salt Lake City Airport
Located just five miles northwest of downtown Salt Lake City, the Salt Lake City International Airport is often the end flight destination for travelers headed to the Park City area. The airport has two terminals and has flight service provided by eighteen different commercial airlines and private charter companies.

Of the two terminals at Salt Lake International Airport (SLC), most airlines operate from Terminal One. Only Delta Airlines and SkyWest Airlines operate from Terminal Two. Eighteen different airlines provide service to Salt Lake including Air Canada, America West Airlines, American West Express, American Airlines, Atlantic Southeast, Continental Airlines, Continental Express, Delta Airlines, Frontier Airlines, JetBlue Airways, Northwest Airlines, Salmon Air, Shuttle America, SkyWest Airlines, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines and United Express. FunJet Vacations and Sierra Pacific provide frequent charters.
The airport also has short term and long-term parking and the terminal building is serviced by shuttle buses from the parking area. These shuttle buses run approximately every five minutes and are free. The airport also has shopping, restaurants, entertainment and rentals cars.
The Salt Lake International Airport is located within a two and a half-hour flight from half of the United State's population. The airport is located within 60 miles of eleven excellent ski resorts – only about 35 miles from Park City.
