The North Pole Christmas Train

There is no shortage of fun things to do in Park City, Utah. This is especially true during the winter months and the holiday season. One of the annual events is the North Pole Christmas Train. The North Pole Christmas train ride is fun for the whole family. Elves serve hot chocolate and cookies while sharing favorite carols and a Christmas story.

During November and December, the Scenic Heber train turns into the Polar Express. This is a fantastic treat for the whole family; living the magical Chris Van Allsburg's story the "Polar Express!" Following the story in the book, children riding the Polar Express often wear their pajamas on their way to the North Pole in this the beautifully decorated Christmas train. The whole family is greeted by Santa Clause and his elves serve hot chocolate and cookies. The participants can join in singing Christmas Carols.

This event is a must for children age 3 years to 12 years old. Be sure to check the train schedule and get the current year's details. This event sells out every year and it is important to get reservations.
