Event Details: A Tour Cross Country Ski Race at the world famous Soldier Hollow race course outside of Park City.

Having an average yearly snowfall of over eighty-four inches, Soldier Hollow is a great location for cross-country skiing. The area is owned by the State of Utah and is maintained by the State's Division of Parks and Recreation.

A design team began the construction of the racecourse in 1998 and completed the course in 1999. The area is largely an open treeless site and varies in elevation from a base of 5400 feet to over 5800 feet.

The area also has its own team cross country skiing program. Team Soldier Hollow is designed to expose youth to cross-country skiing and biathlons. Youth of all ages and abilities (including those who have never skied before) are welcome to participate.

Each year, Soldier Hollow hosts a biathlon, cross-country and Nordic combined events.
