Park City Film Series
Be sure to grab tickets to one of Park City's most popular events. Between the months of September and June, you can enjoy featured independent films every Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. The Park City Film Series is one of the best in the country.
The Park City Film Council created the Park City Film Series as an effort to introduce great films and the art of film making to the locals and visitors of Park City, Utah. Many of the films featured at the well known Sundance Film Festival are not only expensive to view but also rarely make it to the big screen movie theaters. This year featured independent films include A Prairie Home Companion, Wordplay, Mountain Patrol, An Inconvenient Truth , American Blackout, and Little Miss Sunshine. Tickets run under $10 and are sold at the door at 7pm on Friday and Saturday and 5pm on Sunday. The films are shown at the auditorium in the Park City Library.
