Lying in the southwest corner of the Heber Valley of Utah is the Deer Creek State Park and Reservoir. This Reservoir is a great place to enjoy year-round fishing. Due to its location, warm water and canyon winds, Deer Creek is a popular place for windsurfing, boating, sunbathing, and swimming.

For wonderful year-round fishing, take a trip to the Deer Creek State Park and Reservoir in the Heber Valley of Utah. This 3260 acres State Park located at an elevation of 5,400 feet has warm water and predictable canyon winds, which makes it a haven for boating, fishing, swimming and windsurfing. The Park itself is open all year, and camping is available from May through September.

In addition to a wonderful place to have a picnic, this is a great place to camp. The campground has modern restrooms and showers. Included in the facilities is a concrete boat launching ramp, sewage disposal station and fish cleaning stations. There is also a small restaurant and a concessionaire who provides boat rentals, gasoline and other assorted sundries.
